Campus Placement Drive
Sri Guru Nanak Dev Education Trust, Dalewal Organised “Campus Placement Drive” Of Akal Academy, Baru Sahib (H.P.) at SGGSCE Institute Kamlooh on 13 August ,2025 under the dynamic leadership of our Honourable Chairman Er. Parmjit Singh Sir, Worthy Chairperson Ms.Aravindar Kaur Madam, Respected MD Er. Prabhjit Singh Sir, Respected Director Ms.Amandeep Kaur Madam and Respected principal Dr.Ranju Bala Madam. Experts team Mr.Sukhwinder Singh(HR), Mrs. Harpreet Kaur and other staff members visited to college and the students of previous batches( 2019-2021,2020-2022,2021-2023, 2022-2024)were present to avail the opportunity . Our Honourable MD Er. Prabhjit Singh Sir motivated the students before an interview which focused on positive self-talk, visualise success and remind yourself of your past accomplishments and strengths. The process of placement conducted in steps to ensure a structured and efficient way to match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
Step 1: The “written test” was taken by experts in which a paragraph writing on topics like Dress Code, teachers expectations, salary etc. students presented their views and submitted to the experts.
Step 2: After written exam, “Group Discussion ” was conducted in library where group of six students with two experts discussed the teachers perspective in classroom, congenial environment, students teacher relationship in classroom through which they assessed the candidates analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Step 3 : “Oral Interview” was conducted by two experts in which students individually face an interview to showcased their skills and personality directly to the interviewer. Experts evaluated the candidates logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, verbal ability, and domain-specific knowledge.
After the completion of interview, Experts from Akal Academy critically analysed their requirements, including academic qualifications, desired skills, and other relevant details to hire teacher . Phase 1 was cleared by some students of B.Ed :

Now these candidates will move to the Phase 2 of Placement process in Akal Academy Baru Sahib(H.P) and this will be conducted in Jalandhar.
Our Respected MD Er. Prabhjit Singh Sir and Principal Dr.Ranju Bala Madam Congratulated all the students and also acknowledged an expert's visit for interview and providing opportunity to our students at our renowned college. Experts appreciated students for vast knowledge, logical thinking and college for having such talent and healthy environment for students.
At Last, principal madam honoured the distinguished guest and thankful for their expertise and valuable time. Overall, Placement drive was successful.
