The Anti-Ragging Cell is a committee or body responsible for preventing and addressing ragging incidents within an educational institution. Ragging is a form of harassment or bullying, often perpetrated by senior students against juniors.

Goals of the Anti-Ragging Cell:-
  • Create a ragging-free environment: Ensure that the institution is a safe and welcoming space for all students.
  • Promote a culture of respect: Foster a culture of mutual respect, empathy, and understanding among students.
  • Support victimized students: Provide prompt and effective support to students who have been victimized by ragging.
  • By achieving these goals, the Anti-Ragging Cell can help create a positive and inclusive campus culture.
