Hariyali teej festival
On 01/08/2025 “Haryali Teej” was celebrated in SGGSCE institute with great zeal and enthusiasm under the guidance of honourable Chairman Er.Parmjit Singh Sir, Worthy Chairperson Ms. Aravindar Kaur Madam, Respected MD Er. Prabhjit Singh Sir, Respected Director Ms.Amandeep Kaur Madam and respected principal Dr.Ranju Bala Madam. The event was started with the lighting of lamp by our honourable Chairperson Mrs. Aravindar Kaur mam, principal mam and faculty members and then students performed shabad for seeking blessings and guidance. Students participated in cultural programs including singing, dancing, and poem recitation and speech. Games were also organised by students for batchmates as well as teachers and winners were awarded respectively. After that, Ramp walk was also performed by our ‘Mutiyars’ and awarded with different titles : Miss Teej (Surbhi),Best Pehrawa(Aradhna), Best cultural Dance(Nidhi).
Students set up stalls for bangles and mehndi application which fostered a sense of community and cultural appreciation. After that, principal mam honoured respected chairperson Mrs.Aravindar Kaur Madam and thankful for joining and gracing us with their presence. Also, College arranged the festive food for the students as well as teachers. Overall, event was great and successful.
