On 7th March 2026 , Women Cell of SGGSCE celebrated International Women’s Day under the theme “Give to Gain.”. The event commenced with a soulful ‘Shabad’ performed by the Asst. Prof. Jaspreet Singh accompanied with students which resonated deep devotion and strength. After the Shabad, a group song performed by students filled the hall with joy and unity. This was followed by a group dance, celebrating the diverse expressions of women. Next, a modeling session took place, where students portrayed different personalities of women in India—each look representing a unique aspect of strength. Afterward, a skit was performed by the students, which dramatically empowered women by depicting their resilience and success. A documentary was then shown, sharing real-life stories of inspiring women.Asst.Prof.Maninder Kaur appreciated the efforts of students for preparing wonderful documentary. Then, Asst.Prof.Uday Kumar Sinha concluded the event with a heartfelt vote of thanks, appreciating everyone’s efforts. At last, Respected principal Dr.Ranju Bala motivated the students to break barriers, support one another, and ensure equal opportunities for all. Her words left a lasting impact, inspiring the audience to become active agents of change. The event left us all motivated to continue striving for a more equitable future
